Directed Communications Description
The Directed Communications portlet is used to create and view bulletins. A bulletin can be distributed a variety of ways. 1) Viewing from this portlet on the portal, 2) Sent via email, 3) or sent to the OpenText Mobile App. Users and groups can be designated as recipients of the bulletin. Administrator will use this portlet to administer and create bulletins as well.
