User Group Management (UGM) enables virtual teaming and community management. It provides a powerful service for locating, contacting and coordinating cross-community collaboration with other OpenText community members.  User Group Management is a tool within Directed Communications, Secure File Exchange, or Alerts  and Polls portlets.  An administrator can create groups of users, for distributing the information created in these portlets
