This portlet is the container to hold web content articles.  Web content articles are created with text, images and links (to documents and URLs).  The same web content article can be used on multiple pages within the portal.  If the article is updated, the update will be seen in every instance it is used on the portal.

This screenshot is an example of Inline editing.  Click on the web content and the box appears for easy and quick editing.

This is a screenshot of the full editor for web content.  Allows you to see all the options including adding Translations, adding tags/categories, assigning structures and templates, or updating permissions.
